Sponsor Role

• Provide students with non-paid, on-the-job training that will enhance new skills and procedures in a professional business environment.
• Provide an initial orientation to the sponsoring organization.
• Establish guidelines on office procedures, schedules, and appropriate dress.
• Encourage  involvement in activities that stimulate the student's learning.
• Performance evaluation of the student.
