T.I.P. Application Instructions & Checklist for Students:

1. STEP 1
   Go to the Application page and print it. (PDF file)
2. STEP 2
   Complete Application, 3 pages.
   Include copy of Current Transcript.
   Acquire Signatures on Application: student, parent, and counselor.
   Submit Current Picture with Application for recall purposes in summer/fall.
   Obtain 3 Teacher Recommendations.
3. STEP 3
   Please return the completed application to:
